For those of you who aren't familiar with the Vraad, they are a race of godlike sorcerers who lived on the plane of Nimth. Richard A. Knaak has written several books about them, including: The Shrouded Realm, Children of the Drake, Dragon Tome, and The Crystal Dragon. Mostly, they were known for their tremendous power and even more tremendous corruption. One clan in particular, the Tezerenee, was known for their deceitfullness and treachery. Why then, I hear you ask, did you choose to name yourself after such a corrupt clan?

First off, not ALL Vraad are corrupt. The Zeree clan, for example, were almost compassionate and caring. Even a few members of the Tezerenee clan could be found to have some caring hidden away behind their crystalline eyes. These could include the Lady Alcia, Gerrod, Logan, or even Lochivan (hard as it may seem to believe). Also, I enjoy entertaining the idea that Richard's books brought up, which is that humans could easily be descendents of the Vraad (we certainly have the corruption part).

And finally, I am a LOT like Gerrod Tezerenee in some ways. I too have have had to live in a community where nobody understands me, and all authority sees me as a threat to their integrity. Besides his insanity and encompassing cloak, he and I might even be confused for twins.
